Job Description

Authomize has developed an automated cloud-based identity management solution designed to provide a “system of intelligence” for identity and cloud service permissions.

Authomize aggregates identities and authorization mechanisms from any applications around a hybrid environment into one unified platform so organizations can easily and rapidly manage and secure all users, service accounts, and privileged accounts down to the singular permission and resource level.

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our growing team in the US.


Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying customer business requirements and educating customers about how our solution fits.
  • Providing live demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Working with customers to integrate Authomize with their existing SaaS/IaaS/Data applications and helping customers and prospects to take full advantage of the product.
  • Building technical trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers and serving as a customer’s technical point of contact.
  • Communicating customer feedback and perspectives to appropriate internal teams to be considered in product strategy.
  • Documenting technical considerations, collecting existing articles, and contributing to internal knowledge bases as a resource for other teams, customers, and partners.



Job requirements:

  • 3 + years of experience as Solutions Engineer working with/on cloud environments and/or Identity providers and/or security vendors.
  • Good understanding of cloud, networking and infrastructure best practices.
  • Team-oriented and possess strong collaboration skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly solve technical and business-related challenges.
  • Able to relate technical concepts to customers of all technical backgrounds.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
