We are looking for a technical expert to support our partner ecosystem expansion, first in North America, and later globally. This person will lead the technical enablement of partners, including consulting and delivery services creation.
Our Ideal Director of Technical Partner Enablement candidate:
Has broad knowledge in cyber security.
Is comfortable being a player coach and has experience leading teams.
Has proven experience in working with global and national partners.
Has experience in technical pre-sales enablement resellers, MSSP and GSI (‘one to many’, and tailored enablement approach).
Understands and has experience in the startup environment mentality or moving fast and executing faster.
Self-driven and works well with sales, marketing, customer success, and technical teams.
Enjoys making technical partners expert users and advocates of our product and building partnerships.
Working with Sales, Presales and Delivery teams to drive end-to-end technical enablement and development programs for the partners. Focusing on helping our business partners to reach complete maturity and independence in delivering business value and successful engagements to end customers.
Build technical collateral and enable the partners to pre-sale the product.
Provide security expertise to partners on establishing IAM technical sales motion and services creation.
Measured by critical metrics around partnerships technical enablement and revenues.
Support technical integration work with a technology partner, develop a joint value proposition and technical joint go-to-market enablement plan.
Passionate about partners and how we can grow our mutual businesses.
Expert in developing and enabling partners to achieve success through technical excellence.
Strong technical knowledge of cyber security. Identity and authorization security experience preferred.
Software development experience preferred.
Cloud architecture experience preferred.
Successful track record of performance with strategic partnerships.
Experience with driving revenue influenced results, with a proven ability in execution.
A blend of business and technical skills with a solid understanding of partner sales motions and got-to-market approaches.
Ideally, some experience conducting business internationally
Good communication skills, verbally and written.
Prior consulting and customer-facing experience are desirable.
Highly motivated self-starter.
Management experience is preferred with the ability to become a player coach and build a global team in the future.
