Demand Generation Manager

Job Description

Create, optimize, refine, and manage the digital channels to drive new customer acquisition while maximizing ROI. You’ll collaborate with Product, Design, and Content to drive the growth of our brand. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, budgeting, and executing omnichannel campaigns in the US. You will be tasked with increasing our leads pipeline from top to bottom of the funnel, as well as defining and managing nurturing flows on our marketing automation platform.

This role will report directly to the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the sales team to support them from a marketing perspective, utilizing marketing campaigns to bring them new leads and accelerate existing opportunities within key accounts
  • Lead ABM and all paid acquisition programs, execution method, and KPI definition to increase pipeline across the entire funnel.
  • Plan, design and construct an automated marketing funnel (from lead to Won) to support all demand generation programs (working closely with Sales Operations).
  • Owning, measure and improve nurturing programs in our marketing automation platform
  • Collaborate with our partners’ marketing managers to execute joint marketing activities

Requirements:

  • 5 years of proven experience in paid acquisition (Mainly Linkedin Ads and Google AdWords), ideally at a cyber security company
  • Master at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns
  • Strong analytical ability, specifically related measuring programs and ROI
  • Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools and practices (Hubspot, WordPress, Zoominfo, PPC tools, etc.)
  • Ability to deep dive and learn new domains, technology fields, products, and solutions
  • Able to quickly adapt, comfortable with change for a growing company that is rapidly evolving
  • Must be a funny person!
  • Native English speaker
