Business Operation Manager

Job Description

We are looking for our first Business Operation team member, who will help us build and connect our systems and support our exponential growth. This position is critical in building the foundation and automate and direct the team members in building the processes to eventually automate whatever we can, keep it simple and be able to measure that.

Our Ideal Business Operation candidates:

  • Has deep experience with SFDC, partner and customer success systems
  • Will build processes from scratch, while some of the work will be manual at the first stage.
  • Understand the startup environment mentality, moving fast, executing faster, and sometime shifting
  • Self-driven but plays well with others, inside the company and with partners
  • This position will report to the CBO



Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building and operating sales funnel and business-related processes: from pipeline and lead generation, deal registration to SFDC management and quoting, deal closing and transition to the customer success team
  • Build and operate the partner program operation
  • Build the system functionality and processes to support fast growth and automation, making it easy to do business with Authomize
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting with building the reporting and visualizations
  • Be the focal point for business analytics
  • Collaborate with sales, partners, finance, and customer success functions
  • Work and operate external resources in the future
  • Be active part of planning cycle and coordinate the forecasting process



Job Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented sales-driven environment
  • Proficiency in SaaS applications and ability to identify and implement new technologies and solutions
  • Time management, ability to multitask, and propensity to handle urgent requests/issues
  • Business acumen, including a good sense of how a CRM application can be utilized to improve business processes and the bottom line
  • Bachelor/ Master’s degree in economics, Business studies, Business Administration, or related subjects
  • Interest in technology & sales
  • At least 3 years of experience in business operations functions, preferably in both sales and channel operation



Great to Have:

  • Experience in Cloud, SaaS, or cyber security companies
  • Built in the past on SFDC and integrated systems to SFDC
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Clari, Power BI, Domo)
