Job Description

We are looking for our next US-based Account Executive who will help us drive our sales cycle from start to finish and beyond. This position will not only lead the charge to grow new revenues but push us forward on the path to regular renewals as well.


Our ideal AE candidate:

  • Floats in the Cloud ecosystem, with IaaS, SaaS, and Paas being well-worn territory
  • Understands what drives prospects to flip to conversions with deep familiarity of the US market and the pain points that keep CISOs up at night
  • Is self-driven but plays well with others

This position will report to the VP of Sales


Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers through successful prospecting and sales cycles to closure
  • Target, identify, and close business with new and existing customers
  • Collaborate with client success functions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly revenue goals
  • Understand customers’ business needs and take a consultative approach in handling aspects of the sales cycle to include proposal development and product demonstrations
  • Qualify sales opportunities, set proper customer expectations, handle negotiations, and accurately forecast to management
  • Communicate effectively with all levels (C, SVP, VP, Dir, etc..) and key decision makers
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual qualified meeting and revenue goals



Job Requirements:

  • Confident with excellent communication skills (must be able to effectively communicate with C-Level Executives)
  • Disciplined sales processes and CRM hygiene
  • Balanced focus on new prospecting activity and deal-advancing activities
  • Experience in hunting for new logos
  • Experienced with a consultative sales approach
  • 4+ years of selling B2B Enterprise level software or related technologies
  • Strong track record of performance (References Required)
  • Previous experience running sales presentations/demos
  • Familiarity with Salesforce



Great To Have:

  • Experience in the Identity & Access Management field
  • Previous experience with identity-related tools
  • Experience in the security field related to compliance, infrastructure, or access management
  • Experience in partnering with or MFA ecosystem
